No. The Malka Method is mentoring — not psychotherapy, counseling, or diagnosis, and not a substitute for professional mental-health care. It's for people who are basically well and moving through a season of change, and want to do it with more clarity.

Do I need to know anything about markets or trading?צריך להבין משהו בשווקים או במסחר?
Not at all. The cup and handle is used only as a language for reading the stage of growth you're in. You will never look at a chart, and nothing here is investment advice.

No. The method is practical and secular. Because of my background I can bring a language of meaning and tradition when it helps — but it's offered, never imposed.

How long does it take?כמה זמן זה לוקח?
The full journey is ten sessions — a lobby and nine halls — usually spaced so the work between sessions has room to land. It's tailored to you: the pattern is a map, not a fixed timetable. Prefer to start smaller? A single session works too.

What actually happens in a session?מה בעצם קורה במפגש?
We map the stage you're in, name the one move that stage asks for, and set small, measurable work to do before we meet again. Each session checks how the last move landed. Structured, calm, and specific — no motivation speeches.
